Tour day 40.

No rain. Yea! Fog dense. Yea!  Started off with comfortable 60s and no wind. Stuck with Ovi the iron man guy for about 30 miles then started to take pictures and fell behind. Here is the days information.

Did take a few pictures to show fog that had somewhat dissipated and a few other sights.

Didn't mention first sag but our second sag was special. Town Conneaut has some nice old places.

The sag was just outside of town called the White Turkey Stand. We all stopped and had their famous root beer float and shredded Turkey sandwich. Yummy.

Our servers name is Megan. Happy to serve us as you can see. At the table is Linda an unbelievable powerful biker and her Aunt Dee. The best biker and best mechanic Peyton is who I am with. Privileged and an honor to ride with. Behind actually.
As you know our final destination for the day and 90 miles is Erie PA. Means our 10th sate line crossing. Amazing.

Crops of wheat, corn, hay, alfalfa is now landscape plants and grapes. Miles and miles of both in this temperate climate. This led us into Erie PA. So many beautiful homes and buildings.

Shown is a map of the US and what we have accomplished so far. Coming to an end next week. Two of my buds. Tom from the Crossroads group and my riding buddy when I can stay up with him is Ovi. Some pictures of the bay and Presque Island.

Today is Thursday a day after our ride.  Rest day for washing clothes and getting bikes ready for the final push. 6 weeks have just about gone by. Time flys when your having fun and it has been that and way more. Challenging mentally and physically. Pushing yourself to our final destination Boston. Not much for words but hope you understand and for following my great adventure of a lifetime. Here is relive.

Tomorrow is Hamburg  New York and 80 miles along the lake.  Thanks again and hope you enjoy this.
